This is what I offer...

A space to unravel and reweave.
To be held in the sacred, the messy, the miraculous.
To remember your wholeness and root into love, again and again.

If your soul is whispering yes—
I welcome you with open arms.

Come as you are. Let’s walk together.

Corporate Counsel & Conscious Leadership
Support

I work with organizations and leadership teams to cultivate more conscious, effective, and aligned ways of working. My approach supports company leaders in embodying their leadership from a grounded, values-driven, and spiritually informed place—recognizing that how leaders relate to themselves directly shapes the culture, health, and performance of their teams.

Through one-on-one work with leaders, I explore how internal patterns, beliefs, and ways of being show up in decision-making, communication, and power dynamics at work. This inner awareness becomes the foundation for clearer leadership, more authentic presence, and more resilient organizations.

Alongside individual leadership support, I engage directly with teams and workplaces—observing dynamics, listening deeply, and designing tailored workshops that strengthen trust, collaboration, and effectiveness. The focus is on creating environments where people can work together with greater clarity, accountability, and care, while staying aligned with the organization’s purpose.

This work bridges inner transformation and organizational practice, helping companies lead with integrity, consciousness, and impact.

Online Course:
How to
Embody
the Earth

A small-group online experiential course
(4–8 participants)

How to Embody the Earth is an intimate, experiential online course designed to support a deep return to the body, the Earth, and the innate wisdom of being human. Held in a small, carefully curated group, this offering invites participants to slow down, soften, and listen—to themselves, to one another, and to the living world that holds us.

Details

Meeting online once every other week over the course of two months, this container offers enough continuity to build trust and depth, while allowing space between sessions for integration. Each gathering is two hours long, providing ample time for embodied practice, reflection, and shared presence.

Through guided practices, shared inquiry, and collective attunement, participants are supported in meeting what is here with honesty and care. The work creates space to release what no longer serves, restore inner resources, and reconnect with creativity as a natural expression of embodied life.

This course is not about fixing or striving, but about remembering—how to be in relationship with the body, the Earth, and the cycles of creation and release.

What We Explore Together
  • Soften
Gently unwinding tension and habitual holding in the body and psyche, creating safety for deeper listening and presence.

  • Be With What’s Here
Cultivating the capacity to stay present with sensation, emotion, and experience as they arise—without bypassing or overwhelm.

  • Create
Engaging creativity as a living process, allowing expression to emerge organically from embodied awareness.

  • Share Resources
Building collective resilience through shared practices, reflection, and mutual support within the group container.

  • Purge
Supporting conscious release—physical, emotional, and energetic—making space for renewal and grounded vitality.

The Container

With a minimum of four and a maximum of eight participants, the group remains small enough for depth, trust, and attuned facilitation. Though held online, the course is deeply embodied and relational, offering a grounded and intimate experience within a virtual space.

Who this is For

This course is for those who feel called to reconnect with the Earth through their own bodies, who are willing to move slowly, honestly, and with care. No prior experience is required—only a willingness to be present and engage sincerely.

How to Embody the Earth is an invitation to come home—to the body, to the land, and to the quiet intelligence that lives beneath doing.

Year-Long Intensive:
A Deep Return to Loving Consciousness

Year-Long Intensive

A highly personalized, immersive process designed to support profound self-relationship, embodied leadership, and conscious living. Each engagement is curated specifically for the client, meeting them where they are and responding to what is alive in their personal, relational, and professional worlds.

At its core, this work is an invitation to return to loving consciousness with self—to deepen awareness, dissolve internal fragmentation, and cultivate a grounded, integrated way of being. For some clients, this process may serve as preparation for sitting with sacred medicine; for others, it stands on its own as a rigorous and transformative path of inner alignment and conscious leadership.

What the Year Includes:
  • Weekly One-on-One Sessions

We meet weekly in a dedicated one-on-one container. These sessions focus on self-inquiry, integration, nervous system awareness, and the lived application of insight.

Together, we explore how internal dynamics, beliefs, and patterns shape the client’s relationships, leadership, and sense of purpose—supporting greater clarity, presence, and self-trust.

  • Three In-Person Weekend Intensives

Over the course of the year, we gather for three immersive weekend intensives at a location chosen by the client. These retreats allow for deeper somatic, relational, and contemplative work—creating space for integration that is difficult to access in day-to-day life.

The weekends are designed in response to the client’s process and may include extended inquiry, embodiment practices, and integration support.

  • Life & Workplace Observation

As part of the intensive, I spend time observing the client in their lived environments—at home and within their places of work. This allows the work to move beyond theory into direct relationship with how the client shows up in real life.

From these observations, we reflect together on unconscious patterns, relational dynamics, and opportunities for greater alignment and ease.

  • Ongoing Integration & Support

Between sessions and intensives, the work continues through reflection, practices, and ongoing integration. The container is steady, responsive, and relational—designed to support meaningful change that is sustainable and embodied, not performative or rushed.

Who this is For

This intensive is for leaders, founders, and individuals who feel called to engage in deep inner work as a foundation for how they live, lead, and relate. It requires a willingness to be seen, to slow down, and to meet oneself with honesty and care.

The year-long intensive is not a program to complete, but a relationship to enter— one that supports lasting transformation rooted in consciousness, integrity, and love.
